SMS Terms of Service

These terms govern the SMS messaging program provided through NextChair on behalf of the local business you visited (for example, a barbershop).

Program description

When you provide your mobile number at a participating shop's kiosk/iPad or online booking page and agree to receive updates, you will receive transactional SMS about your visit: appointment confirmations, walk-in queue alerts ("you're next in the chair"), and reminders.

Message frequency varies by your activity — typically 1–5 messages per visit.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
For help, reply HELP, or contact the shop directly.

Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or of any service. You agree to receive messages only about visits you initiate at a participating shop.
